Purchase Agreement: When completing an order via our storefront, website, or by phone, you at this moment agree to the terms explained throughout this page.
General Return Policy:
Due to the nature of the products all self-tanning products, accessories, and solution sales are final. Refunds and/or exchanges cannot be honored due to change of mind or ordering a wrong item. It is expected that the customer reads the product page and confirms items in checkout, before completing checkout.
We are unable to refund Gift Cards, items that have been purchased or given as a gift, or cancel an order once paid.
If a product arrives damaged, please contact Blue Palm® Sunless within 24 hours of delivery. A picture of the damaged shipment must be submitted, and an exchange of the exact product can be processed. No product substitutes or additional items may be sent. Under no circumstance can a damage exchange be completed without photos of the damaged shipment or after 24 hours after delivery. Photos of the damaged packaging must be sent within 24 hours of delivery in order to process an investigation and be eligible for an exchange.
Items purchased through a distributor or retailer are subject to their company policy. Blue Palm® Sunless will not conduct returns or exchanges for items purchased from third-parties.
Due to many variables outside Blue Palm® Sunless' control, we cannot guarantee results on self-tanning products or sunless solutions.
For any type of return, the buyer will be assessed a 35% restocking fee regardless if the product is unused. Buyer will be required to pay all shipping fees for returning products, and return labels are not available. Buyer will provide or purchase their return shipping label. Additionally, if returned items were shipped with "free shipping," the original shipping amount will be deducted from the total refund. All items must be unused and in undamaged conditions.
